I am starting to get some more energy today. Despite my exhaustion, I did an abbreviated Bikram series at home this morning. No pictures though, I look awful! I did a few back bending poses and a few forward bending ones. I read in Bikram's book that you should balance the two when you practice at home. The breathing exercises were particularly helpful, seemed to soothe my throat for a little while. I just can't wait to get back in the hot room, I know it will make me feel better! As soon as I know it will not make me feel worse, I will be there. Thanks for the encouraging words, yogi friends!
