A new direction

My yoga blog will now serve as a place for reflection upon my experience during the Body Awakening Teacher Training at South Boston Yoga. I will be posting book reviews, recipes, and sharing some of the wonderful things that I learn. I began the teacher training this summer with a week-long intensive. Since then, we have met for 3 weekends. I am doing the 500 hour training so I am at the studio on Saturdays and Sundays. It is intense work. I do feel challenged to stay balanced with all of this going on. My personal challenge is to develop my meditation practice, I feel like that will help a lot. Stay tuned yogis!
