



Day 19
Another hard class! I think I was sailing through the past 10 days, and there was bound to be a rough patch somewhere. After moaning and groaning the whole way there, I could not motivate myself to try very hard in the class. It felt like a beginners class to me. I was lost for most of the standing series. I managed to get all of the postures done, and I ended up feeling great afterwards. I felt thankful that my body did not let my mind ruin the class for me. My stomach and I celebrated across the street at Kagawa with an Idaho maki. Sweet potato tempura sushi- Yum!
how about a sweet potato smoothy.

1 banana (frozen is better)
coconut, almond,rice,or regular milk
1/4 teaspoon pumkin pie spice or to taste(i like extra cinnimon)
blend up and drink(taste like pumkin pie)
about 1/4 can of sweet potato
