Day 4

I did it! I did both sets of triangle pose without falling out. I hardly even thought about it! I find that this pose takes so much coordination between the 4 limbs, heart, lungs, and brain that if I get one piece wrong the whole thing collapses. Oh happy day. The whole class was really great, except for the "om stretch" at the end when I just obsessed over getting fresh air. But the funny thing was that when class was over, I didn't leave the room. I usually am one of the first to get up and hit the showers or go to the lobby and chat. This time I just lay there until the room was empty, with no thought of pineapple juice or anything dragging me out of the room. I am always happy when I do this, because it is like doing mental yoga. Stay calm, don't get distracted, and do nothing! It feels great. Some emotional issues definitely got worked out in that big dark room. I felt renewed and could go home not so much bothered by the previous issues of the day. I missed the chance to do pictures as I was too cooled down, and everybody had left. So I leave you with this tidbit of happiness, a message for all who have joined me in the 30 day challenge!
