


Day 29
I did two classes in a row this morning and it was so great! I thought of the first as the "warm up" and the second as the "real deal". I sweat a lot, so it felt like a great detox. Morning classes are always hard to get into, as my body is usually so stiff from not having done much moving yet. I was definitely inspired for my double tomorrow. I was thinking during the second class that I should try to do a double every weekend! (or once a month... I might be too ambitious...) Feeling very proud of myself today.
